Arizona is Amazing!

AZ is amazing. I didn't think it would be so beautiful. Their roads are incredibly wide. And they have all sorts of artwork on their highways. There are palm trees everywhere. The weather right now is about like late summer/early fall in NH. Gorgeous. We are actually wearing sweaters most days. And it does get cold at night, but Hna Ghan is letting me use one of her blankets, so I'm fine.

I LOVE my companions. They are so happy and cheerful. We have tons of fun and laughs. They also make me stretch. They make me go talk to people. And I am slowly learning to be more comfortable with that. I understand way more Spanish than I thought I would. I can actually communicate decently well.

I used my Aveeno sunscreen yesterday. We were outside a lot yesterday. We did 23 TTI's, or street contacts. TTI stands for Teach, Testify, and Invite.
We try to do that with everyone that we talk to. Actually, Hna Voigt did a TTI at the doctor's office. She gave away a Book of Mormon too. I'm not dried out too bad. I drink a lot of liquids. Oh, something else Dr. Fry gave me is a new diet. I am going to try to follow it as closely as I can. It is no: "nightshades" (eggplant, potatoes :(, okra, peppers, or tomatoes), Magnesium (supplements, watermelon, blueberries, Epsom salts, Dead Sea salts, mineral waters), sugar, abundant starches, Argentine (chocolate, nuts, wheat, oats, dairy, cucumbers, citrus, melons). So, we had to change our shopping list. I have rice milk to try, tuna, frozen fruit for smoothies, eggs, sausage, and some juices that are not citrusy.

We will be in a threesome at least until next transfer. About 5 weeks away.
Then, we might be getting another sister.

Mucho amor,
Ella
